Are Fasciawise an approved installer?
Fasciawise is a Freefoam approved installer. Our installations are periodically and randomly inspected by the manufacturer to ensure they meet the high standards they, and you, expect.
Can I have absolute confidence in Fasciawise’s installation teams?
Fasciawise employ their installation teams on a full-time, permanent basis. This means that we can have absolute confidence in the skill, experience and product knowledge of every team member – and so can you. Permanent teams allow us to maintain and develop a highly skilled and experienced workforce.
Do Fasciawise have Public Liability Insurance?
Fasciawise are fully insured, so if the worst should happen you can enjoy complete peace of mind that you, and we, are fully protected.
Does Fasciawise have a business address?
Fasciawise are permanently based at the address provided on all our printed literature and on our website. Our customers are more than welcome to visit our offices in person to discuss any issues that may arise.

When do I pay?
Fasciawise will only request payment upon your complete satisfaction with all aspects of materials and workmanship.
What if I’m not happy?
If any aspect of our work fails to satisfy you in any way, we will take all possible measures to rectify it. We always where possible invite you the customer to walk round and inspect the job on a regular basis whilst the installation team is on site. Any queries will gladly be answered by either the fitters or the owners and resolved where appropriate. Our contracts have been verified as fair and legal by Nottingham Trading Standards, meaning your statutory rights are protected.
